Organisation structure of ZAK S.A. reflects the market-oriented company management system, based on the centres of responsibilities. Such system allows effective use of the company potential as well as current monitoring of all functional areas within the business structure.
Organisation structure is divided into three levels: strategic, basic, supportive.

Strategic level is made of functional units: Management, Commerce and Marketing, Finance and Production and Development. They coordinate operations of the whole company and support the Management Board.
Basic level is made of production and commercial entities, as separate business units (BU). These include: BU Fertilizers, BU Oxoplast and service BU Power Engineering. Market orientation of each business unit, increased flexibility of operations and Customer focus support better customer service level.
Supportive level includes Service Unit and Laboratory Services Unit.
Capital Group of ZAK S.A. is made of service and production companies, servicing and supporting ZAK S.A. and other domestic customers. These companies have been established on the basis of maintenances, transport and social departments set apart from ZAK S.A. structures as well as purchased share in external companies.
